Will my bank charge extra fees for paying in AED?Possibly — banks outside the UAE may add a foreign-transaction fee (commonly 2–3%) and their own exchange rate; we never add any currency surcharge.
How do I contact customer support?The fastest route is a support ticket at /account/support/new — it links your booking automatically; use /contact if you can't sign in or haven't booked.
How do I log in without a password?Accounts are passwordless — enter your email and we send a secure one-time magic link that signs you straight in.
How long does it take to get my refund back on my card?Refunds go to your original card and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Why haven't I received my login link email?Check spam, junk and promotions folders first, confirm you typed the exact email you booked with, and request a fresh link — old ones expire quickly.
Is it safe to pay with my card on this site?Yes — payments run through a secure, industry-certified payment processor; your card details are encrypted in transit and never stored on our servers.
Should I dispute a charge with my bank or contact support first?Contact support first — most billing issues resolve in days, while a chargeback takes weeks; you keep every right to dispute with your bank afterwards.
My payment failed — what should I do?Check /account first — if no booking appears, the payment didn't complete and you can safely retry; apparent deductions are usually holds that auto-reverse.
How do I get an invoice or receipt for my booking?Your confirmation email doubles as the payment receipt; the hotel issues a formal VAT invoice at check-out, and support can tailor receipts for expenses.
Where can I see and manage my bookings?All your bookings live in My Trips at /account — sign in with the magic link sent to your booking email to view, cancel or open support tickets.
Can I see prices in my own currency?Yes — the currency switcher displays prices in your preferred currency, but conversions are estimates: the actual charge is always made in AED.
Why does my card statement show a charge in AED?All bookings are billed in AED, Dubai's local currency — other currencies on the site are display-only estimates converted by your bank at its own rate.
