Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first, and make sure you typed the exact email address you booked with. Magic links are single-use and expire quickly, so if a link is old or already clicked, simply request a fresh one from the login page; if emails still never arrive, reach us via /contact.
Where login emails hide
Automated mail is exactly what filters watch for. Look in spam and junk, in Gmail's Promotions tab, and โ on work addresses โ in your company's quarantine digest, which can hold messages without telling you.
The address must match exactly
Your account is tied to the email used at checkout. A different address โ even a close sibling like a work variant or an old alias โ has no bookings attached and may receive nothing useful. Copy the address from your confirmation email if in doubt, then sign in at /account.
Old links won't work
Every link is single-use and time-limited. If you requested several, only the newest counts โ clicking an earlier email fails even though it looks identical. Delete the stale ones and use the freshest.
Corporate mailboxes are the usual repeat offender
Company and school mail systems often block automated senders outright. If your work address stays silent, try the personal address you booked with, and whitelist our sender so future links arrive first time.
