Checkout runs over an encrypted connection and supports your bank's verification step (such as a one-time code) for added protection.
What protects your card at checkout
Your card number travels encrypted and is tokenised by the payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers. On top of that, your bank's own verification step (the one-time code sent to your phone or app) means a stolen card number alone can't complete a booking.
What you can do on your side
- Avoid paying over public Wi-Fi — use mobile data or a trusted network at checkout
- Never send card details by email or chat, to anyone, ever
Recognising the genuine article
Legitimate checkout happens on our site over an encrypted connection, and our emails confirm bookings — they never ask you to reply with card numbers. We will never ask for your CVV by email or phone. Anyone who does is not us.
