Terms of Service

Last updated 19 July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of DubaiRentals.com and every booking you start here. They are written to be read: short sections, plain language, and a clear statement of who you are contracting with — and who charges your card — for each type of travel service. By using the platform you agree to them.

1. Who we are

DubaiRentals.com (“DubaiRentals”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Avangate Hospitality Services FZE, a company registered in the UAQ Free Trade Zone, United Arab Emirates (registration no. 00190), with its registered office at Al Shmookh Business Center M1003, UAQ Free Trade Zone, PO Box 7072, Umm Al Quwain, UAE.

Where we collect payment ourselves, Avangate Hospitality Services FZE is the merchant of record. Our site currency is the UAE dirham (AED); prices shown in other currencies are a display conversion for convenience (see section 6).

2. Definitions

3. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply whenever you browse the platform, hold an account, or make a booking. Every booking is additionally subject to (a) the Supplier’s own conditions and (b) the conditions of the specific rate or fare you select — both shown to you at the time of booking. If those booking-time conditions differ from these terms, the conditions shown at booking prevail for that booking.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking, and you confirm that you have authority to book for everyone included in your reservation and that the details you give are accurate.

4. Our role — what we are, and are not

DubaiRentals is a travel marketplace. We do not own hotels, operate aircraft or run rental fleets. For every Travel Service, your contract for the service itself is with the Supplier; our role is to help you find it, book it, and get help when you need it. Here is how that works for each service:

4.1 Hotels and stays. You search and book on our platform. The accommodation contract is between you and the property (or its distribution network). Payment is collected at the time of booking through our accommodation booking partner’s payment system, embedded on our checkout page (section 7.1). The refundability of your rate is set per rate and shown before you confirm.

4.2 Car rental — marketplace bookings. You search and compare on our platform; the booking and payment are then completed on our car rental partner’s secure booking engine, under that partner’s booking terms and the rental company’s own conditions (driver age, licence, deposit, insurance, fuel and mileage), all shown before you pay.

4.3 Car rental — local partner fleet. For selected vehicles from local rental companies, you make the reservation on our platform and pay at pick-up, directly to the rental company. For these reservations we act as an introducer only — we are not the rental provider. Deposits, insurance, fuel policy, mileage limits and any extras are governed by that company’s terms, confirmed to you with the reservation.

4.4 Flights. Flight search on the platform shows live fares. Online ticketing is launching shortly; you can join the waitlist today. Once ticketing opens: payment is taken at the time of booking, we act as a ticketing intermediary, your contract of carriage is with the airline, and the airline’s fare rules govern changes, cancellations and refunds.

4.5 Experiences. Certain experiences — such as chauffeur services, transfers, yacht charters or premium vehicles — are offered with selected local partners. The specific provider, price and conditions for each experience are presented at the time of booking.

5. Your account

You sign in with secure, passwordless email links — there is no password to remember or leak. Because a sign-in link grants access to your account, you must keep your email account secure and not forward sign-in links to anyone. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Keep your contact details accurate — booking confirmations, changes and refund updates go to the email on file. We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, scraping or fictitious bookings.

6. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices include taxes and fees unless clearly stated otherwise. Some destinations charge local fees at the property or rental desk (for example tourism dirham, resort fees or one-way charges); where these apply they are stated on the rate or listing.

Our base currency is AED. When you view prices in another currency, the conversion is indicative and for display only — the amount and currency you will actually be charged are always shown at checkout before you confirm. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.

If a price shown was an obvious error (a fare or rate a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake), we or the Supplier may cancel the booking and refund in full anything you paid.

7. Payment — who charges you, and when

Who collects your payment depends on the service. In every case, the exact amount, currency and payment terms are shown before you confirm, and we never store your full card details on our servers.

8. Booking confirmations

A booking exists once we (or the relevant Booking Partner) issue a confirmation with a booking reference, normally by email within minutes. Check it as soon as it arrives — names, dates and details must match your travel documents, and it is much easier to fix a mistake immediately.

Occasionally a booking needs final confirmation from the Supplier. If a booking cannot be confirmed, we will tell you promptly and anything you were charged for it will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

9. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and change rights are set per booking by the rate, fare or listing you choose, and are always shown before you confirm. You can cancel or request changes from My Trips or by contacting support. The full per-service rules — including refund timing — are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Using the platform responsibly

You agree to use the platform lawfully and only to make genuine bookings. You must not scrape or harvest content or prices, resell platform access, probe or disrupt our systems, make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or use another person’s payment details without authority.

At the property, rental desk or departure gate, the Supplier’s reasonable rules apply — for example valid identification and driving licence requirements, minimum driver age, house rules and check-in times. Failing to meet them may be treated by the Supplier as a no-show under the conditions of your rate.

11. Intellectual property

The platform — including its design, text, software, logos and the DubaiRentals name — belongs to us or our licensors. Supplier content (photos, descriptions, rates) belongs to the relevant Supplier or partner. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial travel planning and booking; any other reproduction or use requires our written permission.

12. Third-party websites and services

Parts of your journey may take place on a Booking Partner’s pages — for example the secure car rental booking engine — and the platform may link to external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We are not responsible for third-party websites we do not control.

13. Our liability

We run the platform with reasonable skill and care, and we will always help you resolve problems with a booking. However, the Travel Service itself is provided by the Supplier, and the Supplier is responsible for delivering it — including quality, safety and fitness of the stay, vehicle, flight or experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of enjoyment; and (b) our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the amounts paid through the platform for that booking.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including UAE federal consumer protection law, or your non-waivable statutory rights.

14. Events beyond our control

Neither we nor a Supplier are liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control — including extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government action, airspace or border closures, strikes, or failures of third-party systems and networks. Where such an event affects your booking, the refund and rebooking options of your rate or fare (and any additional options the Supplier offers) apply; we will help you pursue them.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Umm Al Quwain and the on-shore courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Please talk to us first — almost every issue is resolved directly through My Trips or support@dubairentals.com, and mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves — for example when a new service, such as online flight ticketing, goes live. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice, and each booking is governed by the version in force when you made it.

17. Contact

The fastest route is the help thread on your booking in My Trips, or email support@dubairentals.com.
