Do I have to pay to choose my seat on a flight?You never have to pay: skip selection and the airline assigns a free seat at check-in. Paying just locks in a specific seat early.
Why can't I complete my flight booking online yet?Flight search is fully live with real fares in AED; online ticketing opens shortly — join the waitlist at checkout to be notified first.
What happens if the airline changes my flight time?Minor retimes you simply fly; significant schedule changes normally give you a choice of an alternative flight or a refund.
Do babies and children need their own flight ticket?Every traveller must be on the booking: under-2s pay a reduced lap-infant fare, children 2-11 pay a child fare with their own seat.
How do I check in online for my flight?Check in on the operating airline's website or app using the PNR from your e-ticket plus your surname — not on our site.
How do I add extra bags to my flight booking?Bags are cheapest added early: pick a fare that includes baggage or add bags after booking — airport desks charge the most.
How long does a flight refund take?Airlines typically process card refunds within about 7 business days, but banks can take 1-2 billing cycles to show it — 2-4 weeks is normal.
Where do I find my e-ticket and booking reference (PNR)?Your e-ticket and six-character PNR arrive by email after payment and always live under your bookings at /account.
Can I cancel my flight and get a refund?Refundable fares return your money on cancellation; non-refundable fares usually return only taxes or a travel credit.
Can I change the date on my flight ticket?It depends on your fare: flexible fares allow date changes for a fee plus fare difference; basic fares are often locked.
Do I need a visa to fly to Dubai?It depends on your passport: many nationalities get a free UAE visa on arrival, others must arrange a visit visa before flying.
Do I need to collect my bags on a connecting flight?On a single ticket bags are checked through and connections are protected; separate tickets mean collecting and re-checking bags yourself.
What if my name is spelled wrong on my flight ticket?Contact us straight away: minor typo corrections are usually possible and often free early on, but tickets can't be transferred to another person.
What is the difference between a basic and a flexible fare?Basic fares are cheapest but strip out baggage, changes and refunds; flexible fares cost more and add them back.
How much baggage can I take on my flight?Your fare sets the allowance: cabin bags are typically 7-10 kg, checked bags 20-30 kg where included — basic fares often include none.
