When you book with us, your PNR arrives in your confirmation email and sits in your account.
Who does what
Our marketplace issues your ticket and PNR; the airline operates the flight and runs check-in. That split is normal for every flight marketplace — so for seat maps, boarding passes and check-in questions on the day, the airline's own site or app is the right place.

What you'll need
Have your PNR and surname ready, plus passport details for international trips — many airlines require passport information before issuing an international boarding pass. Your PNR lives in your confirmation email and under your bookings at /account.
Digital or printed boarding pass?
A mobile boarding pass works at most airports, including Dubai's. A few airports and airlines still ask for a printed pass or a desk visit for document checks — the airline's check-in flow will tell you if that applies to your route.
