Most rates on our site — especially pay-at-pickup rates — cancel free up to 24–48 hours before pickup; the exact deadline is on your rate and confirmation email. Cancel from your account (log in via the email magic link), and any prepaid amount is refunded per the rate's policy. Inside the deadline, a fee or the first day's charge may apply.
Where your deadline lives
The free-cancellation window is stated in three places: the rate details before you book, your voucher, and your confirmation email. Check the exact date and time rather than assuming — deadlines are precise, and missing one by an hour still counts as missing it.
Prepaid vs pay-at-pickup
- Pay-at-pickup rates: nothing has been charged, so cancelling before the deadline simply releases the booking.
- Prepaid rates: cancel before the deadline and the refund follows the rate's policy back to your card; inside the deadline, a fee or the first day's charge may be kept.
How to cancel
Sign in to your account with the email magic link, open the booking, and use the cancel option. You'll get a cancellation confirmation email — keep it as proof of when you cancelled.
Changing plans instead of cancelling?
