When you book a chauffeur transfer with us you provide your flight number, and your driver tracks the flight and adjusts the pickup to your actual landing time — a delay does not cancel your ride. Included waiting time after landing gives you space to clear immigration and collect your bags without extra charges.
How flight tracking works
Your flight number is attached to the booking, so the driver follows the live arrival time rather than the scheduled one. If you land an hour late, the pickup simply moves an hour later. There is nothing you need to do mid-flight.
Waiting time after landing
Every airport pickup includes free waiting time from the moment your flight actually lands — enough for immigration queues, baggage and customs at a busy arrivals hall. Your driver meets you with a name board, so after a long flight you walk out and go.
If things go badly wrong
- Heavily delayed flight: the driver keeps tracking — no action needed.
- Diverted or cancelled flight: message us at support as soon as you can and we will re-plan the pickup.
- New flight number: update us so tracking follows the right arrival.
