Book as soon as your flight is confirmed — at least 24–48 hours ahead is ideal, so we can confirm your chauffeur, vehicle class and any child seats. Our transfers are request-based: you send the request at /chauffeur and we come back with confirmation and your exact terms, so very last-minute requests may not always be fulfillable.
Why earlier is better
- Your vehicle class is guaranteed rather than subject to what's left.
- Child seats are fitted before pickup, not improvised.
- The name-board meet & greet is arranged with your chauffeur in advance.
- Adding your flight number early means the pickup is tracked from the start — a delayed landing moves the pickup with it.
How the request flow works
Send your route, date, passenger count and flight number. We confirm the booking with a vetted local chauffeur partner and email you the details and terms; the booking then sits in your account at /account. Nothing is final until you have that confirmation.
When Dubai gets busy
Late-night arrival banks, event weekends and holiday peaks tighten availability — larger vehicles and child seats go first. If you're landing at a peak time or need a van, treat 48 hours as your minimum rather than a nice-to-have.
