I'm arriving late at night — will the hotel hold my room?

Yes — because your booking is prepaid online, the room is yours for the night regardless of arrival time, and most Dubai hotels have 24-hour receptions. It is still smart to add your arrival time as a booking note or message the hotel, especially if you land after midnight, so the front desk expects you and never releases the room as a no-show.

Why your room is safe

Walk-in guests can lose unclaimed rooms late at night; prepaid guests do not. Your payment already secured the room for the night, and checking in at 2 AM is completely routine in a city where so many long-haul flights land after dark. Receptions at most Dubai hotels are staffed around the clock.

One thing to know about post-midnight arrivals

Checking in at 1 AM still counts as the original check-in date — the first night is not skipped or refunded. Your booking's dates run as confirmed, whatever hour you arrive.

Tell them you are coming

Add your flight time as a special request at booking, or message the hotel directly a day ahead. If plans change mid-journey, open a ticket at support with your booking reference and new arrival time. A hotel that expects you at 3 AM will never mark you as a no-show.

If anything goes wrong

On the rare occasion a hotel cannot honour a prepaid room, contact support immediately — you are entitled to be rehoused or refunded, and we will push the property in real time. Landing late? Line up your flight and room together — search Dubai hotels with your dates.
