- To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property.
- Guests must arrange transfers from Male International Airport to the property, which is 30 minutes via a flight to Madivaru Airport, and then 3 minutes by speedboat to Naifaru for the listed mandatory airplane transfer fee.
- Alternatively, guests may travel by speedboat from Male to Naifarum which is 2.5 hours away, for USD 60 per person, one way.
- To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected arrival.
- Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
- Daily airplane transfer service is offered by Maldivian Airways/FlyMe between 6 AM and 11 PM.
- Speedboat transfers depart once daily from Male at 1:05 PM, and from Naifaru at 7:20 AM.
- Speedboat transfers from Male are not available on Fridays, guests checking in or out on these days must utilize the airplane transfer option.
- Guests arriving outside of these transfer service hours are advised to book a hotel room in Male until services resume.
- Guests must pay the listed airplane transfer service fee at check-out.
